/La Goulue, a classic French bistro in New York, just recently opened up in Palm Beach. Lucky us! If you are anything like me and love to dress up and go out to a high-end restaurant with a fabulous crowd and great management, then you need to try out La Goulue.
The Timeless Atmosphere
As soon as you walk in you feel as though you are going back in time. Back to times where there were black-tie events, where women wore corsets and curled their hair with overnight curlers. Things have become so much more casual in our modern age. But La Goulue effortlessly brings us back to a time of classic elegance. La Goulue’s outdoor dining adds a new dimension to the dining experience at Royal Palm Way.
The Authentic French Cuisine
La Goulue, long known for its proximity to elite financial institutions, offers brunch, lunch, dinner, cupped desserts, private dining, and event hosting. They have absolutely everything, from sandwiches to sushi to avocado toast! Each dish is elevated and turned into something beautiful (that you can eat!). I was there this past Christmas Eve and had the Octopus with polenta, capers, and croutons - it was just as incredible as the atmosphere.
The La Goulue Restaurant Team
During my time at La Goulue, I had the utmost pleasure of meeting the manager of the new Palm Beach location, Lucas Bjoin. Lucas is an Industry professional and has an abundance of experience in management. Lucas is also the founder of Digital Holler, a company that helps firms find their digital voice. Lucas and I got into conversation (after he generously gifted me a free bottle of champagne!) and he asked me if I would like to have my birthday party at La Goulue. Lucas graciously offered me their beautiful bar, the entire front area, and another huge rectangular area of space in the back. So obviously, March 13th, that’s where I’ll be celebrating! La Goulue definitely is lucky to have Lucas on their team and I am very eager to go back to see him again.
